My Screening AB processes personal data when an organisation uses the service. The organisation is the data controller. We are the data processor.

What we store

Account details (email, name, role), group and organisation membership, and health-related answers from screening forms. Answers are encrypted in the database. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

Children

Organisations use the service, sometimes including people under 18. The organisation is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect the data. Accounts for minors are created through the organisation’s invite, not through an open signup on this site.

Where data is stored

Personal data is stored in Sweden. Sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements.
